We use a small amount of high-grade silicone to plug the drain hole before pouring the hot wax. After you enjoy your candle, place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove it from the cold once the remaining wax has hardened and simply chip away with a non-sharp object like a butter knife. You can also use a hairdryer or heat gun to remove any leftover wax. Once the wax has been removed, simply pop out the silicone stopper and your pot is ready for your plant baby!
Simply take a chopstick or other poker and pop it out from one side. It should come out easily.
All you need to do is to remove the wax, wick clip and silicone plug. Once you do, you can put a plant in it! *Don’t put the concrete planter in the dishwasher or use it for food purposes.
We are currently testing if this is possible and will announce when we are ready to offer this service.
Yes! Trimming your wick each time before you light it is the best way to keep your candle burning its best. Doing so also helps the wax stay clean of debris. All you need to do is to pinch the burned top off with your fingers or use a wick trimmer.

If you have black soot on your pot chances are that you left it burning for longer than 4 hours. To remove it, simply take a paper towel and rub it off.
